Fully customizable leave policies

Customizable leave management means you can make the system your own. You can customize your leave policy rules regarding pro-rating balances, accrual calculations, half-day permissions, carrying over yearly unused leaves, applying for previous dates, clubbing of leaves, over utilization and more. And if you have offices in different states or countries, you can configure holidays for each location.


Employees can see how much leave they've taken, how much remains, and apply for time off from the web or their mobiles. The leaves page will also display all previous leave applications and their associated conversations under them. Employees will no longer have to bother you or your HR team regarding their leave balances.

Leave reports

TrackOlap gives you access to comprehensive reports that detail the leaves taken and remaining for each employee. View built-in standard and statutory leave reports, such as Leave Availed Report, Negative Leave Balance Report, Leave Encashment Report, etc., from the Leave Reports Gallery. These Leave sReports will give you a count of the number of days to be paid for each employee or to be counted as Loss of Pay. Admins and managers can also get organization and department-wide reports.

Holiday List

Easily prepare and publish the company's holiday list, including both general and restricted holidays. You can create different holiday lists for different locations, if your organization is geographically distributed across states or countries.
