Refund/Cancellation Policy
It's our pleasure to welcome you to the family of TrackOlap, where applications are born after an array of discussions and thoughtful ideations.
We appreciate that you would like to subscribe to our premium asset tracking application. We will try and act our best to ensure you stayed with us happily and satisfied once you have explored, evaluated and purchased our product.
We, at TrackOlap, are responsible for your business satisfaction once
you are committing with us on a venture. However we have to follow
some protocols, for more idea on this, please visit our T&C's page. We
firmly believe that you are thrilled and excited by buying our
products/solutions.
All our products have been developed by
giving high priorities to market needs. However, there are chances
that, sometimes a product may not meet the exact needs that you were
looking for. Though these chances are very rare, for such an unlikely
event, we have created a refund policy for your convenience. This
refund policy is suitable for you with Pro-rata usage (for
subscriptions) so that it gives you the full value of what you paid
for the first time. There are no hidden contracts for your
subscription, which means if you are taking a subscription for one
year, you are free to terminate the services after that specified
period. TrackOlap will not force you to stay with us with a hidden
legal agreement. But retentions programs are the key assets of any
organization, so we will keep on trying to improve our
solutions/facilities so that you might not want to leave us in the
future. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided with
the solution might be applicable depending on various scenarios which
you will be made aware of. Hence this refund process will go through a
verification/approval phase. Once the process is completed
successfully, we would refund the amount in the same payment method as
made by you. Usage subscription would be deducted as per the
guidelines, which means the amount would be deducted from your payment
for the period you have been using the subscription of an
application/solution. (Only for subscriptions)
Refund process
Debit card/Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank
within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please
contact your card-issuing bank with your queries on how their refund
management policies are.
Cheque/Draft payments will
be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have
registered with us within 30 working days.
Cash
payments will be refunded in the form of a check from TrackOlap, which
will be mailed to your billing address within 10 calendar days of your
cancellation request. Please contact us for
any further queries.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by email to us at contactus@TrackOlap.com. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it will be treated as a return.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a duration of 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@TrackOlap.com.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TrackOlap, Shop no., SF 139 City Plaza C-2 In Gaur City Plot No. 1Sector-4 Greater Noida 201301. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return of damaged or non-operational units
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to TrackOlap.
Installation costs
The customer is responsible for installation/maintenance/service costs associated with the equipment. No installation/maintenance/service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
