Building a Business OS, revolutionizing workforce efficiency: TrackOlap

In this interview, Dataquest speaks with Udit Agarwal, founder and CEO of TrackOlap, about how the company evolved since 2017 into a comprehensive business operating system for both SMEs and large enterprises. Agarwal explains that businesses often juggle disparate systems, separate tools for HRMS and Salesforce, for example, and TrackOlap was built to consolidate that fragmentation into one business OS.

A key differentiator is TrackOlap's use of location science for accurate field employee tracking: in a traditional setup, managers have no real visibility into whether a rep actually visited the customers claimed. On employee trust, Agarwal is clear that oversight isn't about micromanagement, remote work monitoring became especially relevant during COVID-19, and employees are always aware of what's being tracked, limited to work hours on work systems.
